Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Carriers We utilize UPS, FedEx, and R&L Carriers for most shipments. Depending on the nature and destination of your order, shipping times and costs may vary.
Shipping Costs Total shipping costs may not always be calculated at checkout. If additional shipping fees are necessary, you will be invoiced after we review your order.
Chemicals
- Hazardous Materials (Hazmat): Hazmat shipments incur a fee of $40 and are shipped via Ground only to comply with safety regulations.
- Poison Packs: Special packaging for poison packs includes a $25 fee and is also restricted to Ground shipping only.
Freight Shipping
- Freight Charges: Items requiring freight delivery will incur actual freight costs. Some hazardous products must be shipped via truck freight due to UPS restrictions.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically ranges from 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
International Shipping
- Availability: International shipping is available, but customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- Canada Orders: Online shipping to Canada is currently disabled; however, orders can be placed by phone, fax, or email.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
