Refund and Return Policy

Return Authorization All returns must be authorized by Post Apple Scientific. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Return Conditions Products not eligible for return include chemicals, diagnostics, perishables, expired items, special orders, non-resealable products, and items not purchased from Post Apple. Used items require a decontamination certificate before returning.

Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products If you receive a defective product, notify us within 30 days of receipt. Email gordon@postapplescientific.com with details and pictures to process the claim. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.

Refund Process Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
